Booking terms & conditions

Reservations
On reservation we ask that a 25% deposit of the full rental is paid,  the balance being due 6 weeks before arrival. Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer.

Arrival & Departure
We ask all our guests to arrive after 3pm. Departure is by 10am on the agreed date.

Cancellation
Should you for whatever reason need to cancel your booking the deposit will not be refunded. We shall endeavour to re-book the period of the cancelled holiday either at the same price or a lower price depending on notice given and we will refund this portion if appropriate to you. We recommend that travel insurance is arranged by yourselves. In the unlikely event that we require to withdraw or cancel a booking we will endeavour to offer alternative dates or accomodation where these are unacceptable to you, we will return a full refund of alll monies paid to ourselves. No compensation is payable.

Pets
A maximum of two well behaved dogs are permitted with prior consent (A small fee is applicable). They are not permitted in any bedrooms or on the furniture. This is a rural area and pets must be kept under control at all times. Pets must never be left in the property unsupervised as this can result in considerable damage to the property and stress to the pet. Any damage caused by a pet must be reported and paid for immediately. We accept no responsibility for your pet's safety.
